    Yesterday i join for this challenge but i have no clue which team i belong and how to get update ? I hope i dont ask silly question as im new here

    Teams will be announced after everyone has weighed in ( the deadline is not until the 9th ). As long as you have weighed in then you're fine :D

    the teams will be posted under the name of the contest on the 10th. do not worry about sounding silly you will not be the only new person. if i can help i any way message me . this is my 3 rd one

    Use the weigh in link on the first page of the weigh in thread to log your starting weight

    The weight does sound lower in Kilos, but it takes so much longer to lose 1 kilo than it does to lose 1 pound :smiley:
