Happy Halloween to those of you who enjoy the holiday! I just can't get excited about it. I'm snuggling with my black cat right now -- does that count?0

Sorry your not feeling good Laura. My sinus and allergies is acting up now that we are back...
We bought expensive dehumidifier to take the extra dampness out of our bedroom and other back rooms. It works good, hopefully will save my wicker furniture i was told will mold here.
Got dressed up to go to farmers market and costco today. I wore this long navy velvet dress with long sleeves and lace with a cool silver and blue mask with stars on it, and long blue hair wig. My hubby put on mask and long black hair with skeleton tshirt.
We had fun, costco made us take off masks but i understood...
Its suppose to rain tonight and i am hoping it doesnt for the kids and what will i do with candy if they dont come? Hubby says we can drop off at laundry mat down the street for college kids...0 -
I'm at the gym, hiding from trick-or-treaters, although it's 46 degrees with light rain so according to my local friends on Facebook there aren't too many kids out. I was supposed to run today & cross-train tomorrow but I switched them up because it's supposed to be in the low 50s and partly sunny tomorrow, which sounds like better running weather. It's been rainy/drizzly/overcast for days. Planned workout was 40 minutes of cross-training plus my PT so I did 10 minutes on the rowing machine, 13 minutes on the LateralX, and 17 minutes on the spin bike.
My router at home died and it's leased from my internet company so they shipped out a new one Friday. It won't come until Monday, so I hauled my laptop to the gym to use the wifi here. I can get online at home on my phone using data but there were a couple of things I needed to do on the computer that I can't access on my phone. So I am sitting on a mat on the floor typing, and yes I am getting funny looks. I did my workout first though.
I use a dehumidifier in my basement in the summer because otherwise it gets damp down there. When I first bought my house my dad gave me an old one, which was nice because they're expensive! Once I turn the furnace on I unplug it until spring.
Hope the rain holds off Marla so you get some kids!0
