Where can I get sashimi grade ahi or salmon?
I've been watching lots of Hawaii Five-0 lately and yesterday they ate ahi poke, and now I'm craving it. There are plenty of recipes on Pinterest, but they all call for sashimi-grade fish. So, Fresh Market? Whole Foods?

If you're going to have it "sashimi" do some googling about how good Japanese restaurants "prepare" the fish.0

They have it at a local fresh seafood shop where I live. We have bought it and made our own sushi and seared ahi tuna.....delicious!!0
