Does Bodymedia devices still work after Jawbone acquisition?

Hi,
So I just found out that Bodymedia was acquired since I haven't used my device in 3+ years. I am back to focusing on Fitness and wanted to re-new by subscription when I stumbled upon this info.
What are my options? If Bodymedia is defunct, what devices are old users transitioning to?
