Alright! Now that life is settling into a pattern, I want to be more purposeful about setting goals and reaching them!
1. Follow my marathon training plan consistently. This first week being an exception but once my triathlon is done there is nothing else I need to focus on so it should be much easier to follow all the runs I have scheduled during my training. At the end of each week I get to buy myself something selfish if I complete ALL the runs on my plan.
2. Drink a lot of water: I plan to drink one bottle of water for each thing I do. So while getting meals prepped...drink a bottle of water. If I have down time....drink a bottle of water. Etc. I plan to allow myself a Redbox rental each week I drink 6 bottles every day.
3. Complete my OGT and Rawr every night. My reward will be feeling positive at the end of every day!
I hope to check in with these every week!0 -
This month I want to continue my trail walks and add yoga class. And now that I cleared enough space do some Nia by dvd.
Food, i just want to listen to my body and eat when hungry.0 -

1. Took a few days for rest and recovery this week, but getting back into my running today. So next week I should be all set!
2. been doing better, but still haven't been getting my six bottles in. Must drink more water!
3. I've done much better about that this week!
Next week will be better...the following week will be tricky as I'll be driving to MN and then hanging out there for a week. Bringing my running stuff so I can still hopefully get those runs in!
