    Successes/Struggles: Ran my first 5k non stop, 3.11mi, 40:33, for a 13:03 pace. Crushed the <14:00mm, so moving it to <12:45mm. I'm loving running! My long run this week will be 3.20mi. Starting b210k training tomorrow if my knee likes me again!
    Struggle is always with the water and getting enough sleep. And the Misfit app is all screwy, so my steps and mileage counts are all messed up for the month already. Grrrr.

    Successes/Struggles: I was definitely more hungry this week. My biggest struggle is that I've started another med phase in my cancer maintenance and I get very tired. That means my step count is down and I don't want to exercise because I have no energy. I take the meds for 15 days and today is day 4.

    Successes/Struggles: Ran my 3.2 last Weds, got through w9d2, and have started a new job. OMG, I sit ALL day long, it's dark when I go in, nearly dark when I leave. I haven't run in nearly a week, and I'm feeling it.
    On the plus side, I'm now solidly wearing a 1X, down from a 4X or 5X when I started, and my size 20 pants are roomy already, down from a busted can of biscuits 30. I am now 15lbs past my old set point, and am now confident that I'll continue to lose consistently again, IF I can figure out how to get some movement in!

    Successes/Struggles: A bit late, but... seriously struggling to get exercise/steps/runs in. Oddly, as of yet, it doesn't appear to affect my WL, thank God. Made it through Thanksgiving okay, yay!

    Successes/Struggles: Ugh, finished out the month with a gain. This was only my second gain in nearly 11 months, and I'm sure it's water from the holiday. I hope. It's a bit discouraging, but the trend is always downward.
