I'm back *kitten*. Or some *kitten* like that. Bad, stressful month. Stress = bad eating.
I'd say nothing good came out of October but that would be a lie. I cleared out my garage so I can park my car and motorcycle in it and be able to work on both over the winter. This means I now have somewhere to go and something to do when I need solice and silence. Tinkering helps with thinkering.
More relevant to MFP;
I came up with an actual goal for weight loss. Something to work for with a set weight and set date. With a reason. October 2016 I intend to weigh in at a lithe little 200lbs. October 2016, to go along with the smaller me, I will cut my hair and donate it to a wigs for cancer kids charity while raising money for same charity, with a lofty goal of $200 an inch. I got about 18+ inches to chop.
Just shy of a year from now I will, physically, be a completely different gorilla. Probably grow the hair back, but not the weight.
Starting it off right by eating a days worth of calories for breakfast.
Who knew grapes had so many calories?
