Today starts W6, D1 (Week 6, Day 1). We are three weeks out from completion. Kudos on hanging in there!
Here's your schedule.
W6, D1
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then:
Now do a 5-minute cool down, and you are DONE!
Have a great workout!

Thank you for posting Dee...I did this, I now have in my head weather and work permitted I hope to finish the week 9 on Christmas day...or there a bouts, I may or may not achieve this goal but it is an intention.....as not food logging is at the moment so at least if I keep the running up I hope to at least keep some sort of balance until I get back to food logging
