I may be pushing it to think I can drop another 10 this month but I need to keep positive. Looking to change up my exercise routine a bit this month and be more diligent with water and protein.

Starting off November with the 5 Day Pouch test. I got a new Fitbit, and I plan to utilize that and increase my steps, and I want to add a new workout to my routine this month.

I have 31 lbs to go before I hit my goal. I want to lose at least 4 of those this month since my weight loss has slowed WAAAAAAAAAYYYY down. That will put me at 157 lbs.

I want to start Christmas shopping now so it's not such a financial burden last minute.

I want to get my spouse more actively involved in working out with me - it's easier for ME to stay healthy if I get him on board, too.

Hold a plank for 90 seconds (I'm up to a minute).

Continue to work on core and abdominals.

    Continue my exercise regiment consistently:
    M-walk/run, T-boot camp, W-walk/run, Th-yoga/walk, F-walk/run, Sat-walk/run, Sun-rest day.

Work on consistency with weekend diet tracking (I tend not to get online at all on weekends).

So, I've already started November on a bad foot. Weekend-long party with good friends, good food, and drink. I made some better choices, but threw some of my personal rules out the window. Have not been in the gym in 2 weeks, due to other after-work projects... and laziness. November and December will be the tough ones. Tons of family/friend events to behave through, wetter (colder) weather making it less appealing to get outside, and darkness coming before the end of work will all be conspiring against me.

    So for November I will:
Make it to 185. (This will be my 150# marker!)
3 days in the gym, MINIMUM, every week.
Install the tow hitch/bike rack on the new car, and ride during lunch hour.
    4 mile non-stop running.
Be the DD for all upcoming events that might require one.

For this month, cleaning out my closet. All of it, even those that are hanging way back there. Like trying them on and if they don't fit they are gone!! Gone, as in out of the house, done gone outta here.

I did that this weekend. I Kept 2 shirts, and a pair of pants strictly for working on the car and dirty yardwork.

Great goals here gang - let's keep it going in Nov.

I've struggled on the scale a bit, but I'm increasing my running times and feeling stronger. This week I'm focusing on not letting carbs creep back into my life and drinking more water.

My new goal is to be more conscious and cook lite recipes for the entire family leaving fewer temptations in the house. Now that my stomach can tolerate more foods I find myself eating something just because I can.

My gym is open again!! With colder weather arriving it's just in time. Going at noon today so I can be trained on all the new equipment. Looking forward to some strength training sessions.

Scales still hovering but I'm feeling great.

Big Stall - I've not lost one pound this month. A little frustrating but I do feel I'm toning up so I'm hoping it's muscle gain. Need to take my measurements before Dec goals are set. At nearly 6 months post op I knew things would slow down a bit, especially considering that I've lost 85% of my weight. Really need to be diligent about food choices moving forward. Happy I haven't gained either. It's just aggravating to work hard and not see results on the scale.
