We can't cheer you on if we don't know your goals... What are your goals for the next 21 days?
For example, if I wasn't explicit about my goals (e.g. exercise everyday and clean eating), you might think that devouring all the Doritos in my house was a goal of mine. However, do note that it is NOT -- it's a temptation, because I usually eat Doritos by the bagful, not a goal. If you see me posting that to myfitnesspal, please schedule an intervention!

My goal is to lose 6+ pounds in 21 days, while exercising at least 30 minutes a minimum of 4x per week. Modest, but it is a healthy start to the Holidays.0

My long term goal is to lose 15 pounds, at rate of 2 lbs per week (so a modest 4 lbs for the remainder of this detox period). Focus is on exercising at least 30 minutes daily. Clean eating is a lifestyle goal to forever give up trigger foods, e.g. Reeses cups, Snickers, potato chips. I'd also like to do better with portion control.
How are you guys doing 1 week in?????0
