Do you know of doctors that believe in low carb in Indiana?

One of the many challenges that I have run into is dealing with doctors that automatically go to my diet for any issue I raise. You know what I mean, you go in for a hang nail and they say I told you that low carb diet will kill you.
I am now looking for doctors that I can choose from that understand how this works.
