Hi everyone..i have decided to follow this lifestyle ,well i was thinking about it for a long time ,but recently after seeing the site"EM2LW"...and taking some advice from kiki (thank u from heart)..i have started eating at TDEE-15%...ok so i just wanted some of u experience people to go through my diary and check it...u might have some problem becaz i am indian and i eat only homecooked indian food...but a look is all i need...also should i stop having carbs (bread kind of carbs) in evening...

my stats are height -5'3"
weight -187
also i have started lifting with 20-30 minutes on treadmil(4mph)...my aim to lose around 5 kg(11 pounds )in 4 months

    Timing of macros usually doesn't matter UNLESS you personally have an issue with carbs causing low blood sugar because insulin spikes and drops it.
    That's not good, and should be avoided at anytime, usually by eating the protein and fat before the carbs if possible, or lightening up on carbs too, never by themselves.

    You have means to weigh everything and make your own recipes correctly on MFP? That means you weight everything that goes in to the pot you might say, and then weigh the finished product in the pot, and do your recipe for known weight, not volume.

    With little left to lose and that means narrow margin for error to still see good results, that's one negative impact.

    Other than that, just getting the correct TDEE level down for your level of activity.

    thanks @heybales...also i dont have less to lose i have around 40 pounds to shed but its just my first goal...
