Day 6 done, my shoulders are on fire.0

Finished day 9 but I didn't think I was going to be able to. My left knee is really bothering me today, it has been dislocated several times. I really had to take it easy on some of the exercises and couldn't push myself like I would have liked. I'm going to ice it now and takes some Motrin, see if that helps. I really don't want to miss tomorrow if I can help it.0

Finished day 9 (pure cardio) this morning and was able to get in a 40 minute weight lifting session this afternoon. I'm going to do cardio abs later, even though it's technically not on the schedule for today.0

Just finished day 17. So far I'm liking the inches lost, 7 off my hips, 2 off my arms, 2 off my waist and 5 off my thighs0

Starting week 2 today 1st week went by pretty fast. I love it so far I am kind of nervious for the days we have to do both pure cardio and cardio abs though!! Are you supposed to do them right after another or do you just have to do them both in the same day at some point?0

I am going to have to take a break from Insanity, there is something really wrong with my knee. I can barely walk today and I am unsure what I did to it, Insanity is the only exercise I've been getting. Wasn't able to work out and I'm a grumpy gus! I don't know if I'll be able to get back to it or if I need to do something else, this knee has been dislocated several times and I do not want to do anything that will cause further permanent damage0

I missed a few days over the long weekend It got crazy busy for me and I had to make a last min 6 hr rd trip drive one day so i fell back a little. BUT I got back into it and was able to do my workout yesterday (sunday) and I will be doing it every day this week saturdays will be my rest days now.0

Just finished day 15, the second fit test. My numbers went up on all of the exercises except the suicide jumps. I stayed the same on those.0

Not sure if anyone is getting on here anymore since the last post was 5 days ago, but I was just curious what everyone's results have been so far?
My boyfriend came home yesterday after being gone since the beginning of July and took all of my measurements and I hadn't lost ANY inches or pounds. He took a look at my food diary and figured out I wasn't eating enough. I was eating based on MFP's recommendations for a very active person and he figured it up and said I was eating 600-850 calories LESS than I needed to. After eating his recommended calories yesterday and today, I can say that I feel better and have so much more energy than before. Hopefully next week I will actually see results.0
