Hello Everyone,
I received news today of my A1C levels being at 5.9%, classifying me as pre-diabetic. I just want to introduce myself and say that this has become a wake-up call for me, a 25 year old woman, and I hope we can receive and give support as a community. Thanks!

I just (2 days ago) was told I am diabetic, I had been pre-diabetic for a while didn't listen and learn. I have about 50 lbs. to be at ideal weight. My husband cooks dinner and will not let me. I need to figure out how to take care of myself.0
