    Well I am glad the holiday is over. 3 weeks until beach time. I really over did the wine this weekend but I am aiming for some zeros this week. we shall see how it goes.

    I ate more than I drank and did zip in the way of exercise. So back to a better routine. I have plenty to do to get ready for the kid moving back home as well. I'll feel better about it all once I get organized.
