Insanity round 2 pulled a chest muscle

Hi everyone,
I've already completed round 1 of Insanity and am in my recovery week of round 2. At the end of month 1 I realised I'd pulled a muscle in my left chest muscle whilst doing Level 1 drills.
I'm already doing the whole rest, ice and not trying to use the area very much, which is virtually impossible because you use it for everything.
As I'm in the recovery week I'm able to modify the plank work with C-sit ups which doesn't aggravate the area at all.
Does anyone have any advice on how to help my recovery as I'll be starting month 2 on Monday.

    dont start on monday unless you are fully healed, thats just asking for more injuries!

    I was considering just continuing with another recovery week if it hadn't healed properly. It does seem to be healing up nicely but was just after any more input that might aid the recovery process which I might not be aware of.
