Max Plyometrics done. I had no desire to do this workout this morning but I can honestly say I pushed through it better than I ever had. I did much better with the pogo and side pushups. This was one of my best performances throughout these last 6 weeks.

i too performed really well at Pylo yesterday really went hard on those push up to standing and went further than I have before with those level 3, 32 push ups.
I wasnt as exhausted afterwards either.
Staying in a hotel tonight (sharing a room) they have a gym but its more like a cramped room with little or no space to workout!!! not sure where or how im going to get this workout in but ill have to find a way.
I also booked a bodypod appointment for next week to see where my bf% is.

So im curious as what it is accurately this for me will be the biggest indication of all those hard workouts.0 -
Max plyometrics for me too today. I cannot for the life of me perform even one of those side push ups. Hoping I shall be able to do it by the time I am through with insanity. I still have a few aches and pains from max interval sports training but I was able to get through the workout quite decently.

Sports Training is supposed to be so much fun. I will definitely try it out soon.
Still feeling slight pain/discomfort in my shoulder but I'll do my best tonight.
Wffolkes, I regret so much not having my body fat checked prior to starting Insanity... I might do it after I am done before I start a lifting program.0 -
Well, I got it done shortly before midnight. But honestly, I did not dig deeper today. I scratched the surface, I guess. I am sweating all the same but I completed this workout today only because I did not want to fall behind you, I did not put all my heart into it today.0

Since morning I have been dealing with a lower back discomfort. I truly did not think I overdid it with yesterday's work. I went to work but, there is no avoiding pulling or lifting as a nurse. Pain never eased up. It's an ache that is just there. So I am going to skip today's workout & take some motrin & see how it goes tomorrow. I am too determined not to finish this.
I knew I was in trouble when I opted to take the bus home instead of walking. I deviated from my usual routine. I must listen to my body.0 -
Did Max Plyo tonight after almost talking myself out of it, I really dislike working out late at night and dislike Plyo. I did better at this workout, but had some trouble on the floor work because of some shoulder discomfort. Just glad to get through it.0

I really enjoyed the sports training. I could get through most of the exercises without stopping and it apparently worked muscles I have not been working (my body has finally stopped aching).0
