Keto headache?

I stopped my keto WOE for a while, perhaps about 4 weeks. I have been back on it again for 11 days and had a constant headache ever since. I'm piling the salt/potassium on etc. I've never had keto flu or headaches from it before so I'm not even sure if it's from keto. I'm even eating Lo Salt (a sodium potassium mix) off the palm of my hand to get more in.
Anyone else had this, and found something to help?

Could be low sodium. Could be low magnesium. Could be something completely unrelated. It was never constant for me.

OH is also a very common cause of mild to severe headaches. These headaches are the result of inadequate perfusion of blood flow through the brain. As such, they can seem worse after sitting or standing for long periods of time, after eating or after becoming warm or hot. Sometimes they are associated with intense pain in the neck muscles known as coat-hanger pain.
OH headaches are more likely to improve when lying down than other forms of headaches. This because laying flat lessens the pull of gravity that contributes to the low brain blood perfusion. Laying flat makes it easier for your body to pump adequate amounts of blood to your brain; better blood flow means less headache pain because the muscles of the neck and scalp receive better blood flow.0
