Acorn Squash and Chicken Broth

So I cooked up a HUGE batch of chicken stock/broth last week, and now I'm trying to figure out what to do with it. I froze about 3/4 of it because there was so much. I also bought 3 acorn squashes because while I was on vacation I had an acorn squash treat and I want more of that squash.

SO - do any of you have good Acorn Squash Soup recipes that include chicken stock? I've found some online but thought I'd check here to see if anything new and special comes up.

    Hi Kimberly! No soup ideas but I have been loving stuffed acorn squash these days...yum! If you find a good one do please share though.
