Goals for the week 11/6-11/15

Well i just had my gall bladder removed yesterday so this week is going to be recovery time.
my goals will be
1) get plenty of rest
2) get up and walk around some everyday. i cant just lay in bed all day everyday. and running,kettlebells and other things are definitely out right now. so walking it is.
3)drink plenty of water

    1. get up to 64 oz of water
    2. walk 30min at least every other day

    I want to get some form of exercise in at least 4 days this week.
    Stay under on cals each day this week.
    Drink more water!

    I'm working everyday this week so I want to take my lunch to work. keep up with my exercise.

    Just now found this group, so I'll post my goals for the rest of this week.

    Workout for at least 30 minutes each day (I'm doing CIZE so that should be pretty easy to do)
    Drink at least 8 cups of water each day (shoot for more)
    Stay under on calories
    Make sure to log everything in MFP (no forgetting to log snacking - which I sometimes have the tendency to do)

    I was sick at the beginning of this week (after my 15K on the weekend), which threw off my workout schedule some. Goal now is simply to stick with my schedule for the remainder of the week and log everything. I've had my diary closed since I've been logging so sporatically -- maybe I'll reopen it.
