Goals

I thought maybe we could post some goals that we might be working on. I know for myself it helps to see other peoples goals, food journals and exercise plans. I'm not very creative so it's nice to see what others are doing.

What are your goals this week?

Last week, I worked on cutting my carbs in half , ACCOMPLISHED

This week, now that my new Fitbit HR arrived, I'd like to work on getting.....

10,000 steps per day!

    My goal is to get under 140 by the end of this year and to try and get up to 700 min of exercise a week. This is going to get harder as I am going to be working double and or split shifts til we get people trained in our dept.

    I'm getting back into my training routine, but my focus has shifted slightly as my next competition is bjj, not fencing. My physio had not released me to train completely but I can do slow controlled versions of most things so that is enough to get the routine going and ramp it up as I am allowed to. I'm trying to focus on being a bit stricter with my food intake as I need to drop weight to fit into the weight category for the fight next year.

    I have a fitbit, and I'm doing the same. 10000. It's hard for me as I work in an infant room, so I'm on the floor alot playing with them. But I have to squeeze it in.

    I'm trying for 11000 steps per day this week, just because I can! My job is active and this week I am running between sections covering for staff who are away at training. I don't mind as it means I get to play with the seals lots!!!
