I just started on Monday. I went down 2.8 lbs the first day then bounced up and have been up and down since then. However, my TOM showed up (early!) on Friday so I'm curious to see what the scale does once that is over. I think I'm down 3 lbs total right now since I started on Monday. I'll have to check my week view; I hadn't noticed that option before.

I haven't had any loss in over 2 weeks. It seems I basically am maintaining at my current macros and calories because the only time I can get the scale to move in the last couple months is to lower carbs to 5g or fast for 20 hours twice a week. Then, I will inevitably lose 2lbs or so and immediately gain half of it back and maintain again until I do it again.

I might track for a week and see where I am at. Should be around 2,500 calories a day and roughly 150g of protein with 210g of fat each day. I'll see if I can track for a whole week. LOL, I've gotten very lazy in that regard.

Also, I screwed up carb-wise yesterday and today. Yesterday the fam stopped by Krispy Kreme and I got a pumpkin spice doughnut, intending to take 1/12 of it and split the rest between my boys. Ended up eating about 2/3 of it. Ended up going way over carbs but was somehow still in ketosis this morning.

Then today, a friend stopped by with a tall Pumpkin Spice Latte. She came over to help me out and it was so sweet of her, I didn't have the heart to say "Sorry, I'm low-carb now" so I drank it ... and *then* looked up the nutrition info. Oops. (Normally I only get them if the Sbux has sugar-free pumpkin spice syrup.)

Just maintaining my 175 pounds. This seem to be my 'goldilocks zone' for maintenance.

I am, but I was literally still losing 1.5 a week until a very sudden stop and now there is never any loss at all unless I fast or lower carbs to 5g for a few days. The fasting seemed best.
I guess, I thought when it slowed, it would just slow and not stop entirely. I would say I'm just at maintenance but it's hard to believe that would be less than1400 calories. And lowering carbs but not calories will result in a small loss after about 3 days. Also without any change in measurements.
I'm getting a bit grumpy about it. I don't really enjoy fasting. It's definitely a challenge for me. Maybe a longer fast would flip the switch into happy fasting land. Lol

I'm sorry, Sunny_Bunny_. That sounds really frustrating. :(

I have not done a fast yet but I learned I can eat chitterlings (don't ask lol) and they r like 83 % fat. It is something I grew up on and only cook in winter so I think I can pull a fast off, another thing I found if I eat I have a good week loss is ham hocks (I love fat) if u can eat them try it a few days. But your doing great no matter youve inspired me so much
