Dizziness and some occasional nausea

Hi everyone!
I've been experiencing dizziness and nausea occasionally and I'm taking potassium and magnesium supplements trying to stick with 30 grams of carbs and I've lost 17 pounds so far, can anyone tell me what else should I do or should I just increase my carbs a little until my body adjust ( was at 50 carbs daily)? Thanks for the advice
