I wanted to share something I found today

I always curious as to how many calories I burn doing strength exercises - I realize that is not the point of them, but it is nice to be able to track them.
Today I found this website:
http://www.fitclick.com/how_many_calories_burned
You put in the exercise you did, how much you weigh and how long you did it for. And voila. It calculates it for you. I'm sure it isn't an exact science, but I'm definitely going to be adding it to my daily MFP tracking.

I ran the bicep curls and elliptical by what my HRM has me for (which is pretty different than what MFP has for me), and it seems legit.
