Hello, I'm Angela. I had the sleeve in April. Heaviest weight 345, surgery weight 322, now stuck at 254. Hoping this app can help me get to onederland

Welcome. Stalls are common. I think my longest was 3 weeks. This last one was 2 weeks. They sure are disheartening. Have you contacted your Dietician for ideas on how to jump start yourself?

Stalls are absolutely part of the process. Weight loss comes in fits and starts. I did find, though, that when I was stalling, it was an opportunity to recheck my eating and exercise habits with an objective view. I usually found significant slippage and when I tightened up control, the weight fell again.

Love yourself, but also be honest with yourself and see if there is anything to tighten up.

Welcome! Lots of great people and great advice here. I don't have much experience since my surgery is a week and a half away. I just had a pre-op class today and we were informed off stalls in weight loss. It's not unusual and we were told its nothing to stress over. Just keep doing what you should do and it will all work out.
