I just started counting macros but not exactly because I haven't bought a food scale and I legit suck at measuring stuff! Also, I have a question and I really hope someone can help me out. Some days I don't exactly reach my macros, some days I pass my carbs and I still have protein and fat but I'm just not hungry at the end of the day. What can I do?

First off, you really want to try as hard as you can not to exceed your carb goal, cause that means that you either exceeded your calorie goal, or you didn't reach your protein or fat goal, or both. Protein and fat are the two most important macronutrients, carbs less so, so prioritize accordingly. If you have trouble hitting your protein goal eating food, you can always turn to a protein shake to bridge the gap. Fat is easy to hit, peanut butter, avocado, cheese, butter, any full fat dairy, oils, etc. etc.0
