Just quick checking in. Food wise was bad yesterday! I think I ate my weight in Reese's. Don't figure out where it came from. So I'm shrugging it off as a fluke and starting fresh today. Just a quick eye roll at my antics. To be honest, the race probably caught up with me as I was STARVING all day. I think after long runs and races I need to accept that a day or two later I'll get super hungry and to not worry about going over my calories. Just focus on eating filling stuff. So we'll see.

The soreness from the race also hit so I'm taking a couple extra days off before getting back into my marathon training. I'll do a run tomorrow and then my long run on Saturday. I'm headed to the zoo this morning so I'll still get plenty of steps. Well...off to the day! Happy Veterans Day!

I agree Val just start another day. Where I think it may come from partly is after a bunch of excise or something that actually uses up a lot of calories, Not my walks! Lol, we think I deserve this and it doesn't matter since I did so much.

I feel that way after an all day steep hike, like the pizza after won't hurt me.

We are painting the living room today, part of the go slow one room at at time, so we don't burn out plan :)

I am going to sneak away and buy a scale later, i gave mine away in my fury of never dieting again...sigh....

I haven't been tracking food with my stomach issues and I've been generally maintaining and even slightly losing weight, so I haven't been worried about it, but at some point I'm going to have to get back on track again.

Val back when I was able to do long runs I was never hungry that day, but then would be starving the day or two after that, so I definitely had some kind of delayed reaction.

    Happy painting Marla!

First swim lesson tonight so curious to see how that goes.
