Hi there :)

Hi everyone! My name is Victoria! I'm about 5'6" and 155 lbs. In January I weighed 162 lbs. By May I was down to 145 lbs. Since then I have gained 10 lbs. I'm in the gym 5-6 days a week, doing mostly weight lifting and some cardio. But my habits in the kitchen do not match my habits in the gym, so I've been stuck. I was hoping for some support to keep on track of my food and make better choices. So excited to be joining this group! :)

    Great job getting in the gym that frequently! I have the opposite problem. I've been eating much better than in the past, but am struggling to find time to exercise.
