Hey everyone! Getting ready to feel the BANG again. Gonna start by doing Energy AT LEAST once a day for 30 days. If I feel up for it, will either add another Energy, or RHC. Not going to follow his meal plan, but love the workouts. Was pretty consistent with them about 2 years ago, but then fell off the wagon. Excited to pick it back up again.
Anyone else out there still using the DVDs? Do you use them as a supplement to a lifting program?

Hey DisneyDude, I have the DVDs. I am starting them up this week. I am rotating T25 morning, treadmill night, DDP morning, T25 night, Treadmill morning. If I cant stick to two 30 min workouts I will just pick up where I left off. But who am I kidding, I'm doing this! Have you started yet? Good luck. Feel free to addme if you want.
