How is everyone doing?

Well all my perfect plans have gone out the window. We are short staff at work and last week I worked double shifts and this week it's the same. Next week as it stands I only have 6 days. Now my plan to exercise 700 min a week has not become a reality due to I'm too tired. I am keeping up with the exercise I just haven't been able to increase it. I hope everyone else is doing better with their agendas.

Not going so well for me. I'm working in a different dept which is super busy. So my lunch time is off and my water intake is off. Last day in the dept is on the 18th so my schedule will go back to normal.0
