Round 2? going to really try to be good and work hard

OK so I started this journey a while back...logged everything then I logged every few days then maybe each week...you know the story.
OK so I'm back on here I've been logging now for a week or 2 and I'm really going to try to do it all the time. I'm spending more time walking (both for my job and for exercise) and I'm seeing a little weight loss. I'm excited, have I slipped already....hmmmm OK so I have but even with the slips I had a loss so I look at it like this: If I didn't slip it would have been more, I did slip and it wasn't so good so now I just need to try to control the slips.
