Help, finding carb value.

So this is what I do, I bake a potato well in the oven until the outside is very crispy, I cut it in half and scrape out ALL the flesh, all that is left is the skin, with perhaps tiny bits of flesh stuck because I can't scrape any more off. I can't manage to find a carb count on that though. I know its carby, but the thing is it is high fiber, and well once in a while it is great to have some with cheese, or with just your dinner. Anyone have any idea on average how high the carb count would be? . All I can find is the value for the ones you get out, that have potato in them.

Weigh it maybe? I always weigh hubby's jackets once cooked then log it, so weighing it may be your best bet. Just log it as jacket potato however many Grams.... Just a suggestion0
