Baking

Hey everyone,
So things are going fairly well doing the LCHF woe. The only thing that is driving me crazy is the need for things like cookies and the like. I love to bake and especially when the weather changes. I am wondering what you all do to help with this. Do you have recipes or brands that you use. I live in Canada so I seem to be having a hard time finding some of the stuff that I have seen available in the states.
Thank you
Becca

holdthecarbs.com has a bunch of baking mixes. I love the recipes at www.alldayidreamaboutfood.com I also just search pinterest for things like keto desserts, low carb desserts, etc.0

I buy Lilly's coconut chocolate. It's stevia sweetened and coconut is really high in fiber, so it comes out to around 170 calories and 4 net grams of carb per serving, which is 1/2 bar.0

I've found that I'm largely content baking for others. I usually bake and sell pumpkin rolls this time of year (I haven't been advertising it this year, because the oven's thermostat is going wonky and I don't trust it for cooking the cake part right), and love making stuff for parties and coworkers and whatnot. So I'll bake stuff and take it places.
That said, if you want to bake for yourself, check out the recipes on these sites:

Both have great recipes, though you'll have to be sure to invest in almond flour (especially for the second one).0 -
I am in Canada and shop at Bulk Barn for almond meal, xylitol and stevia/ erythritol and a few other things, then also shop at Superstore for some items since the prices are good. For other items I go to a health food store.0
