Who's your cell company?

I have T mobile and have pretty much run out of my patience with them. We have been with them for just about 12 years now an can't stand the customer service any longer. Its horrible and I keep getting charged for a monthly data fee on my tablet that won't go online unless I use the wifi at home. I have told them over and over again to cancel that monthly fee and today I was in an argument with the manager. My phone won't even go online but it's screen is too small to really do that anyway. I have had enough, the fees are too high, so I am looking to change.

We have always had spotty coverage out here, but I am also in a rural area and don't know who is any better than T-mobile. All I know is I am done with this company and need to move on for my personal minds sake. Of course both phones we have don't work on a lot of other companies so that would mean buying new phones too. The only other thing would be to just shut the phones off entirely, lol. Hmm, that might be the answer and it would save a lot of money.

Just want to comment so I'll be notified when others answer.

I don't have that service, so I have no advice.

Good luck and I hope you can find something that serves you well without a huge cost.

We are rural too but AT&T is pretty good out here cause they put towers fairly close. We have trac phones but just use them as phones but they work off of a lot of towers. We just add minutes as we need them. We have a landline also and no choice for the company with it.

I got my LG G2 android smart phone at T Mobile and have been using them for a couple years now. No problems so far, but I haven't had to use their customer service yet.

I use Straight Talk. $45.00 a month, unlimited talk and text. I really like them, I used to have a Trac phone but we switched to this, who is owned by Trac phone, but the phone is much nicer.

We used to have Sprint and the customer service was awful! We finally switched to Verizon and have been very happy with them. We just have basic simple "stupid" phones. They are flip phones and we only use them to make and receive calls. I have a $35 per month plan and Dan has a limited usage $15 per month plan that adds a certain amount of minutes each month which is basically like a track phone. His unused minutes roll over though so he has hours and hours of time added up.

The best advice think I ever got about mobile phones is to go on line and check which service has the most towers in your area. This will insure your quality of service. Consumer reports also did a report on mobile phone service if you want to try to look it up.

Let us know what you end up doing.
