I'm still slowly cutting down. It's unbelievable how many calories a filling lunch time salad can take up.

Not me! Today I went over! But still under maintenance luckily. Some days I don't even get 1000 calories, but then days like today make it even out. Plus, we carry around lots of calories for energy on our hips and bellies. So I think it's fine. ;)

I've been going low-carb for a couple of months now and many days I don't eat 1,500 calories.

I have 900 calorie days, and 1600 calorie days. Like @Sunny_Bunny_ mentioned, it evens out. I don't worry about it now. I just enjoy the food control and keep on keepin on.

Seems more common at the lowest carb levels but it does happen for many at higher low carb ranges.

I'm lowering them slowly at the moment.

That's why a lot of low-carbers do intermittent fasting. It just happens naturally. Don't fight it. It's good for you. :)
