Keto stick stays purple

i know I read somewhere it's not good for it to stay high? I only check every few days but morning or night it's dark purple. Is this ok?

That might be a factor in why I'm losing weight on maintenance calories. I need to find a high fat treat for days when I'm a little under my calorie goal. My skin-tight skinny jeans are getting a little loose.0 -

I look better with a little roundness in my face. I learned my lesson about getting too thin. But I like knowing that I could have more whipped cream.0 -

That's the part I meant. I could triple my coffee cream easy if I needed to stave off too much loss. That would be a great problem to have!0 -
Oh yeah! I love creamy coffee. I think I'll wait a few months to see if my ketone excretion slows down before I get my hopes up for long term caffeinated bliss.0

I rarely hit purple unless I'm fasting, eating low calorie, or avoiding all carbs and most protein. I have IR though so I imagine that affects things for me.0
