No kidding, my body just follows my brain around doing whatever it is told!!! Sometimes it is not giving my body good ideas.... ha ha !!

    My goal for November is 120 miles - 15 over 10,000 steps - get back on mini trampoline or use my walking DVD's.

    Week 1- 24.2 miles (1/15 over 10,000)
    Week 2 - 27.7 miles (2/15 over 10,000)
    Total - 51.9 miles ....just a little behind - will have to try get outside today and walk extra

    And I want to put up some of my outside Christmas decorations...

    I've been MIA for a few days. Feeling in a funk. Finally putting a separate plan in place to help with mood elevation and to work on my motivation. Still going to strive for my miles this month. After seeing friends post yesterday from the Vegas 1/2 Marathon, I think I've convinced the bf to get on a training plan with me to do a 1/2 here in April and then advance from there to hopefully jog the Vegas 1/2 next year!

    Here's my pitiful update since the 10th:

    11 - 2.51
    12 - 2.14
    13 - 1.69
    14 - 2.94
    15 - 2.87

    Total: 48.25 with 3/10. Not too far off 1/2 way there. :) Closer than I expected to be, anyway!! Here's to a good week and pushing to get where we want.

    Where is everyone?? :)

    Zumba was great...even for my uncoordinated, rhythmically challenged self. :) Lots of fun laughing at myself and about the time it was ending, I got it. Great people, all body types, and no judgment.

    64.7 miles so far this month... curling starts Thursday night so will get extra steps in walking back and forth...

    No I haven't deserted you !!! Work gets in the way, both at the paying job and the unpaid one. Hopefully I get the books done for a charity that I am a treasurer for - I really need to get moving.

    I really enjoyed Zumba when I went to it a last winter - hopefully someone comes forward and teaches it again this winter. I am totally uncoordinated at it...but it is a very good workout.

    I hope I can keep up with everyone - my mom fell last night and broke her shoulder and they are not sure about her hip so she is in the rural hospital and could be moved to the city this morning.

    Morning all...sorry for the absence...still keeping track...just did not make time to get here.

    Lilymay, this looks interesting...I think I would like something like this!

    Adc7225 - I have a calendar - actually I get it from my TOPS website - I keep a running total and can compare to the month before. Each day has some encouragement wrote on it and I write quotes around the edges.

    Most important I write on it daily steps and compare to the month before.

    Wow... everyone has been busy!

    Hope your mother is doing well, Lilymay. Scary stuff.

    I've been MIA for a few days, again. Took Friday off work and had a mental health weekend (we were supposed to travel and that was thankfully postponed). Got a lot done around the house and went to visit some puppies at the Humane Assoc again. That's my weekly happy zone...LOL. (My ginormous friend was there and I walked him...he must have remembered me and really gave me a workout!) After Christmas, I'll be getting a new friend to have for my own and get more daily walks in!!!

    I'll update my mileage in next week's post.

    Running total = 77 miles

    Nov 22 - 6.0 miles - 13204 steps (4/15) a lot of steps around the hospital up and down the stairs. Power outages in the hospital while they did the renovations to the power system. Most of the elevators were out of service.
