Calorie Division

Hi all,

I'm pretty new to IF, coming off a 6-7 small, high carbohydrate way of eating. I can already definitely see the benefits, I now usually only eat 2 meals day! (skipping breakfast, lunch, or dinner, based on convenience and social events.)

I notice that even though I didn't think I was that hungry before sitting down to eat, I can consume 800 calories a meal! How do you others divide your calories, and what eating pattern do you follow? Also, how much time do you take to eat your meals?
