goals for 11/16- 11/22

Ok so my recovery has been going well. I am very itchy right now from my incisions I know that means it is healing but it is driving me nuts :) I was able to get in several walks this week and it felt awesome. I did a very little bit of running, like running to the living room to my bedroom, and it felt like one of the incisions was pulling a bit so i think i will wait another week or at least to the end of the week to try a good run again.

SO I am going to post my weekly goals as well as try to post daily goals to to help me accomplish my bigger weekly goals

So my goals for this week are
1) get plenty of rest
2) add in a couple bike rides
3) see how the eliptical feels
4) go for 3-4 walks
5) stay hydrated

    Hope you heal soon freyjac but don't over do it.

    My Goals for this week are
    plan my daily meals
    track everything that I eat & drink
    10,000 steps a day
    jog. wii fit. bike. everyday

    Last week progress report
    1. Only logged x 2 but set up human reminder alerts.... They will text me every day checking to see if I finish logging. I really don't realize how much I eat...
    2. Two recreational snacking days.... Popcorn and frozen Greek yogurt bars my downfall.
    3. Good week of runs, swim and bike rides
    4. Lost 0.5 pound.... So slow but steady
    goals for this week...no day off Sooo
    1. Log daily
    2. Prelog work days
    3. Lose 1 pound....
    4. Decrease TV time by half!

    My goals this week are to drink at least 64 oz of water each day, workout at least 5/7 days this week, and log all of my food. I'm struggling with staying on track already and have been since Halloween. This will be my week to shine. :)

    I am going to continue to concentrate on daily cardio of 35 minutes. I missed a couple days last week when I stayed over at my daughter's house. Need to plan for those non-routine days. Also, I'll focus on drinking at least 80 ounces of water daily. Still struggling to remember to hydrate. Not sure why that has become a challenge!

    Aha! Had terrible exhausting day with no sleep no exercise and ate high fat high carb meals as captive at work conference..... Double my calories carbs and fat.. Yes, eating big cookies was my choice but most importantly I logged every bite! Usually I skip bad calories days.... Progress... In a different way.. Back on track today

    1.have logged in every day so far and have prelogged my upcoming three 12hr work shifts!

    2. Sleep at least 7 hours/night
    3. No highly processed foods
    4. Stay active

    My goals are basically the same through December 31st. I had set a weight goal for the end of the year and now that the end of the year is almost here, I have no room for any cheating. I have been totally on track for almost two weeks now. Six weeks to go.
