Be Healthy Challenge!

I've been away from MFP for a couple months now. Needs to change. My family and I are doing a small challenge against each other: Be Healthy Challenge. It's really more about just controlling how much junk you digest.
Here are the rules:
• No biscuits/cookies
• No soda
• No fast food
• No white bread
• No ice cream/chocolate/candy
• No chips
• No pastries/cake/doughnuts
At the end of today comment on this post whether or not you've had "no junk". Also include if you were able to spend 30 minutes or more exercising so you can get 3 extra points! You can post a healthy recipe you've made at anytime on this group's wall (2 extra points).
Most of that isn't too difficult for my wife and I. Really only chocolate & candy that we'd get busted on. But I thought if I'm going to focus on not eating those things, I should also start focusing on monitoring what I am eating again.
