Low carb grab and go breakfast ideas

Hey guys - I generally take my breakfast with me to work, but I'm looking for some options for "grab and go" or make the night before breakfasts. I'm controlling my carbs so it does not have to be carb free, but 15g or less would be great.

1/3 cup rolled oats, tsp coconut palm sugar, tsp ground flaxseed - 125cal 15 gr carbs - add box raisins and tsp cinnamon put in sandwich bag. bring a bowl and micro with 1/2 cup water for 3 min. your add ins are extra but great easy breakfast0
