I really really wanted something sweet tonight but I can't handle too much sweet. I opted for a cheap version of banana cream pie. It was fantastic. Lol

I'm 4 years out and I can tell you that the more sugar/sweets you eat the easier it gets. Please know, I say this as a WARNING to all newbies. Don't push the limits. Let it stay hard to stomach sweets. Makes it easier to stay away from them if you continue to have problems eating them. You know?0

I love to purée a banana with a little pb2 powder and either drizzle dark chocolate or top with homemade whipped coconut cream. Freaking heavenly!! One banana will usually make 2 servings for me and it helps with my sweet craving.0
