I am now done with my move to a new home and will be able to participate daily. Hoe everyone is doing well. I'll try to get through some of the newer posts as soon as possbile. I started back at the gym today and coud tell the difference . I guess I will have to work my way up again!

    Thank-you! It was a very crazy time for me as my house sold in one day with a 30 day escrow so I had no place to live. Thank God I found an apartment home at the last minute!
