When I started Keto last January, I had a group of about 40 friends and acquaintances in a Facebook support group. As the year has worn on, about 95% of those people have disappeared. I'm so glad I found this group! Everyone here is so helpful and encouraging to one another. So thank you all for the input in this awesome group.

    @cynlyn2010 welcome. I know I took the long way getting here and only did made it because I finally realized continuing to live on high carb processed foods was going to take me out early. Many say they want good health but few will eat as though they mean it 365 days out of the year. Doing it Jan 1 to Jan 15 each year does not cut it. :)
