Daily Goals 11/17/15

I didn't see a thread so I hope it's okay that I created one. :)

My goals for today were to drink at least 64 oz of water (still working on that one), work out at least 30 minutes, and log all of my foods (stay within my calorie goal). So far so good, just need to get that water down! Hope everyone had a great day!

    OK next week I am going to try and reduce my candy intake. This week i'm still working too many hours and I bribe myself with them so it's stay within the calorie boundary I consider it a win. I'm still keeping up the exercising but I have not increased. Maybe another thing for next week. LOL This week I'm going to focus on extra rest.

    Rest is very important as well. It's part of your overall health. I've had a hard time coming off the candy wagon after Halloween. So I can totally relate!
