I did it! Personal best!
It was supposed to be 20 minutes but I somehow skipped ahead 2 weeks on my app and I played the wrong day, W7D3 instead of W5D3, and still just kept running just because I could!

Beat my 5 km personal best at parkrun today by 1 min 9 seconds at the toughest track in Australia! Holy #$%&!!!39:41
I probably ran 4 km of it. I only walked because of the evil hills.
I think this coming week I'll do the C25K Week 7 25 minute run twice, then next Saturday do the best I can at my home parkrun.0
