C25K, W6, D2 (Week 6, Day 2)

Hello, Everyone:

Being away from the program (on vacation) for the past few weeks has left me rusty. I am repeating Week 5! However, for those of you who are ON FIRE, here is Week 6, Day 2.

W6, D2:
Brisk 5 minute warm-up walk, then:
  • Jog 10 minutes
  • Walk 3 minutes
  • Jog 10 minutes
Cool down for 5 minutes and you are DONE!

    Not exactly on FIRE lol, however managed this on Tuesday evening after walking around as part of my job for 6hrs so I was pleased I have done it, I am now away in the New Forest area, which I am told I can run around...tomorrow morning, so lets see if I make W6 D3 while away.

    Keep it up, Di! Good job! I am fine. Stressing over work and holidays, but overall I am good. Up 2 lbs this week and not very happy about it!
