11/18 goals

Today my goals are
1)/drink 10-12 glasses of water
2)log everything
3) take my vitamin
4) go for a walk before the wind and rain start again
5) go go a bike ride at gym

Goals for today are to drink at least 80 oz of water, stay under calorie and sodium goals, get in at least a 30 minute workout (probably CIZE - Crazy 8s), log all my food, and on a non-fitness related note, I have to finish getting my princess' birthday invitations addressed and filled out for her 1st birthday party!0

So I was doing really well on everything but today I lost my temper at work.
One of my goals is to make this new routine of extra work work for me and not get cranky. So I am going to try and up the exercise to try and bring down my stress levels. What I need is for people to just keep their mouths shut and leave me alone but as that would take a miracle I will work on destressing myself. LOL
