What did you do with your toaster?

It has been a couple of months since I started low carb eating and of course no toast was made during that time. I finally put my toaster in a cabinet this morning. I'm not going to get rid of it, there are recipes for low carb breads using almond flour and the like, I haven't made any yet but might in the future.

You could have a funeral for it, complete with creative eulogy and good riddance sharing!0

It's sitting on the counter next to the Nutribullet. Two things I no longer use, but kiddo still uses the toaster and he loves to make Oreo ice cream milkshakes with the bullet.0

I keep it for company. Also, in case I need to plug it in and throw it into the pool when my mother-in-law is here.0

LMAO!!
I am so new to this, I have not really thought about the toaster yet. But, it sure would be nice to get it off the counter! I will probably just store mine away in the closet.0 -
Still on the counter because the man's kids use it sometimes. But I suppose I could find a place in the cupboard for it.0

LOL great question. Wish I could say it was gone! I hate wiping the counters around it.0

Hilare!!!
I hadn't thought about this. My wife and daughter use it. Actually, we have a VERY expensive toaster that my wife gave me a few years ago. I think it cost around $400. I love the thing, but now I can only look.0 -

Expensive food pr0n.0 -
Mine has been wrapped up in a plastic bag in the basement for about one year. No one eats bread at my house, of any type, and if we make something breadlike , there's always the oven.0

Is it one of those infrared toasters? The ones that perfectly toast the outside and leave the inside all nice and soft?
If we had one of those things there is no way I could give up toast.0 -
