side challenge #2

On top of the water challenge ( I hope you guys are keeping hydrated!)
The next side challenge for the next 60 days is to have 5 small meals a day instead
Of 3 big meals. This will keep your metabolism up and prevent over eating .
I've been doing this for a little over a week and def helps. Join in and boost your healthy lifestyle!

    Definitely not going to be able to do this challenge. With work I don't get the chance to have that frequent of meals (plus I have no idea what I'd eat!) but I'm going to try and incorporate healthy snacks in-between meals to help cut down on hunger.

    I think I should have ate more celery! I'm still hungry, but at least I'm not starving! So excited for my salad with lime vingerette! Woo!
